From the second I contacted you it was obvious how good you where at what you did and you didn't disappoint once throughout the whole process. Considering we had 2 wedding planners (yourself and the ones that came with the hotel), you stood out from them by a clear mile in how quickly you would respond and how much you would bend over backwards to help us in any way. You even offered to look after my son on the wedding day should he not be able to attend due to his chicken pox!! You really did go above and beyond and I am so grateful for that and can't thank you enough.
The day itself was like a dream, it really couldn't have gone any better. I'm sure you realised for yourself along the way that I am a bit of a stress head and a little bit of a control freak :-) but you managed to keep me calm and assured that everything was in hand.
